Old fuel, sticky lines and blocked jets are the main cause of mower misery. We recommend the use of Aspen fuel for your mower, particularly if you use it infrequently.

This can be a significant job, but it might be worth doing if the rest of the mower is in good order. The scope here varies from replacing chains, worn out bushings and bearings, to rebuilding the entire assembly with new parts. Mowers pre-2019 require more labour to remove and install.
The blades turn at around 3000 RPM -- if they are not sharp, or balanced, you won't have a good cut and the vibration may be unpleasant or dangerous.
Sometimes the blade is too worn to safely sharpen and it's sensible to get a new one. This price includes removal of the old blade and fitment of the new one at the correct torque setting.
Straight replacement of the drive belt(s) with OEM. Some mowers have multiple drive and variator belts.
We can sometimes patch up older bags and keep them working, or we can source new items and fit them.
We can help repair or replace various components (controls, wheels, axles, undertrays). Let us know what you'd like to do sort out.
Your mower is not much use if you can't start it! We will replace the pull cord with a good quality Oregon component.

If your mower starts but then performance starts to degrade as it warms up, then you might have a faulty coil. It is somewhat rare but it does happen from time to time. We replace the coil and gap the armature at the required specification.
These fail with some regularity and can prevent the mower from starting.
All estimated price ranges include the parts and labour cost.
